Heavy single jersey from 240 gsm for tees, loopback and brushed fleece from 340 to 450 gsm for sweats and hoodies, and 12 to 14 oz denim — all OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant.
Screen print in plastisol, water-based and puff up to A2 size, flat and 3D embroidery, plus garment dye, enzyme, stone and acid washes for vintage finishes.
Pre-production samples take 10 to 15 days. Bulk production takes 20 to 35 days after sample approval, depending on fabric, print and wash.
